What this site is
This site lets you check whether you may be a candidate for dental implants and request an appointment with Patuxent River Dental Care, 13916 Baltimore Ave, Laurel, MD 20707. It is informational. Nothing on it is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a guarantee of any result.
The candidacy check is not a diagnosis
The questions on this site sort general situations. Whether implants are right for you can only be decided by a dentist after an examination and imaging. The results screen tells you what people in your situation often go on to explore. It does not tell you what will be recommended for you.
Requested appointments
A time you choose on this site is a request. It becomes an appointment when the practice confirms it with you by phone or text. If we cannot honor a requested time we will offer alternatives. You can change or cancel a request at any time by calling (301) 498-6511 or replying to our message, and there is no charge for doing so.
Pricing and offers
The complimentary 3D CT scan, digital scan and consultation described on this site are offered at no charge and with no obligation to proceed with treatment. Prices for treatment shown on this site are the practice's standard all-inclusive fees for the procedures described, current as of the effective date above, and are confirmed in writing at your consultation before you agree to anything. Any denture trade-in credit is applied against treatment cost only, at the practice's discretion, and has no cash value.
Maryland patients: you have the right to rescind payment for, or to be reimbursed for payment for, any service, examination or treatment that is performed within 72 hours of responding to an advertisement for a free, discounted or reduced-fee service. This right does not apply to the free scan and consultation, for which no payment is made.
Payment plans
References to zero-interest or other payment plans describe options that may be available through third-party lenders subject to their approval and terms. Checking your options may involve a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. The practice does not extend credit itself and makes no promise about approval.
Results and testimonials
Before-and-after images and reviews on this site reflect the experience of individual patients. Results vary from person to person. Reviews are reproduced from public sources such as Google and are the opinions of their authors.
Not for emergencies
If you are in severe pain, have significant swelling, or think you have a dental emergency, do not use this form. Call the practice at (301) 498-6511 during hours, or go to your nearest emergency room.
Acceptable use
Please submit only your own information, or information you are authorized to submit on someone else's behalf. Do not use automated tools to submit forms or reserve appointment times.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
