The honest cost guide

What full-arch dental implants really cost.

Nobody publishes real numbers, and everybody hates that. Here is the honest version: the national range, what the Washington area actually charges, what an all-inclusive number has to include, and how the money side works when it is done respectfully.

The national range for a full set of permanent teeth $22,000 to $55,000

Around Washington and Maryland, quotes for both arches cluster between $40,000 and $55,000. Where you land in that range depends on your bone, your remaining teeth, and what you actually need, and no honest provider can tell you that from a website.

Your number comes from your scan, not from a website

A number given before a scan is a guess, and people have been burned by guesses: quoted one number on the phone, a different one in the chair, and a third one after financing. The pattern shows up again and again in public reviews of large implant centers. Your number deserves better than a guess.

So instead of a teaser number, we promise how the number behaves. You get one number, in writing, at your first visit, before you agree to anything. It does not go up in the room. It is the same number next month. If you want a ballpark before you come in, call us at (301) 498-6511 and we will talk it through honestly.

What one number has to include

The most common cost surprise is scope: a quote that turns out to be the beginning, not the total. When we say all-inclusive, this is the list, and it is the list you should demand anywhere:

3D CT scan and digital impressions
All extractions
Sedation
Every implant you need
Your permanent zirconia arch, not a temporary
Every follow-up visit

And behind the number, a lifetime warranty on your treatment, in writing. Here is exactly what it covers.

How the money conversation works here

Diagnosis first, money second. Nobody runs your credit before a doctor has told you what you actually need. That order matters, and it is worth checking anywhere you go.

When you are ready to talk numbers, Bryan sits with you and lays out the options: paying directly, or payment plans including zero interest up to 24 months with no fees, paid off early whenever you like. Checking uses a soft credit check that does not touch your score. If you would rather not discuss financing at all, that is a complete answer and nobody brings it up again.

Take the plan home. Show your spouse, your kids, whoever helps you decide. It is the same number when you come back.

The first step costs nothing

Your exact number starts with a scan, and the scan is free. Itemized, so you can see what you are not paying for:

The first visit is free. No deposit.

What this visit costs elsewhere.

3D CT scan$700
Digital impression scan$350
Consultation with Dr. Syeda$350

The money questions people actually ask

Why is this so expensive anywhere you go?

Because it is surgery, an engineered set of teeth, and years of follow-up, done by people who do it every week. The implants are titanium, the arch is milled zirconia, and the planning is done on a 3D scan of your jaw. What you are buying is not a product, it is the last major dental work most people ever need. That is also why the cheapest quote is not automatically the best one: ask what it includes, and what happens when something needs attention in year five.

Does insurance help?

Most plans do not cover this kind of work, and the ones that help cap out at your yearly maximum. The good news: we take insurance, we check your specific plan, and we file the claim for you rather than handing you the paperwork.

What if I cannot afford the full-arch answer?

Then we tell you that, and we tell you what you can do instead. Sometimes the honest answer is a few implants, an overdenture, or staging the work over time. You get the real recommendation and the price for it. Nobody here will pressure you toward the biggest plan.

Is the consultation really free, or is it a sales appointment?

It is free, there is no deposit, and the person who reads your scan is the doctor who would do your surgery, not a consultant. You leave with your options and your number on paper, and nobody asks you to decide that day. If you feel pressure at any point, walk out and keep the scan.
